Chef Carson Edwards of Bouctouche’s Dune View Inn has a unique twist on using organic, local produce in his restaurant. Carson and Nicole Edwards own Dune View Inn in Bouctouche NB. Their inn and restaurant is also a certified organic farm (Chef Carson’s Certified Organics), where they grow more than 50 varieties of vegetables throughout the year. They are proud to feature dishes that are part of their 100-metre diet.
